Feature Meanings (Legend)
This guide explains the various features available in CRM integrations and their meanings. Understanding these features will help you make the most of your CRM integration with VoIPcube.
Feature | Description |
CRM | The Customer Relationship Management System/Software of the client. This can be cloud/API-based as well as On-Premise. VoIPcube will query customer-data from this system and/or provide this system with call-related events. |
Client | Determines if the client-software is needed on the PC of the user. |
Pop-up | The user is displayed a popup with caller-details, so they know who's calling. |
Deeplink | If the user has the option to click on the found relation details in order to directly navigate to contact page inside the CRM. |
MakeCall | Most of the CRM sytems are able to use the callto: or tel: protocols which can trigger calls on phonenumbers onscreen. VoIPcube also has an makeCall() API Endpoint. |
Notes | Indicates if the CRM has the ability to receive some kind of notes. The VoIPcube client can present a free textfield where the user can enter callnotes. |
Timeline | Automatically create timeline entries of calls in the CRM system. |
Getting Started
- Download and install the VoIPcube client
- Launch the application and sign in with your VoIPcube credentials (license key and internal number)
- Select your CRM platform and follow the authentication process
- Configure your preferred settings and start using the integration
