Create a new subscription

Administrators can log in to MySoluno with your switchboard credentials.

1. Click on "Subscriptions".
   
   
   
   
2. Up in the left corener, click on "Create a new subscription".
   
   
   
   

3. First of you need to choose if you want to port a number or if you want to create a new number.
   (To port a number means that you move an existing number from an operator to another)-
   
   
   
   

4. Now it's time to customize the subscription.
   OBS If the ”Next”-button is grayed out it means that the current choices aren't compatible.
   
   
   

5. Choose the user who you want to assign the subscription to.
   
   
   
   
   

6. Here you can choose the activation date of the new subscription.
   If you already have a sim-card, you can enter the sim-card number to activate that specific card, if not, just enter the adress you want the sim card too be sent to.
   
   
   
   

7. If you selected to port the number it's time to type in the number that you want to port.
   What date you want to port it (date and time).
   If the subscription is assigned to another person or another company, you'll need to add a porting warrent.
   
   

8. Now you'll see a summary of your order.
