Installation
- To install Who's Calling in Chrome, you must first add the service as an extension.
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Then click on Extensions and then Visit Chrome Web Store

Download Who's calling
Search for Who's Calling in the left search box. Then click the blue button, Add.
- Log in
Once Who's Calling is installed, you will need to log in.
Click on the cellphone in the upper right corner of your browser.
Log in with the same information you use for the switchboard.
Once you have logged in, the service is active and will, show contact information for incoming and outgoing calls if the numbers are in either the CRM you specified when ordering or from Hitta.se.

Adjust Who's Calling to your needs
If you want to adjust the looks of Who's Calling, you can left-click on the Who's Calling symbol and then the gear in the upper right corner.
There are settings for Who's Calling to pop up automatically during incoming and / or outgoing calls.
There is also the option to get popups through system notifications and an option to choose whether you want dark or light windows when Who's Calling is displayed.NOTE: Who's Calling popup window does not work on the Google homepage. This is because of settings that Chrome has made.
The functions of Who’s Calling
A - At the top of the box you can search for a contact.
B - Here you will find contact information for the contact who is calling or whom you are calling.
C - Depending on CRM systems, it is possible to create cases or write notes. You can find a matrix of our integrated CRM-systems here
D -If the contact is in your CRM system, there is the possibility to quickly open the current customer overview.
E - At the bottom of the Who's Calling window is a list of the contact's call history.
