Administrators can log in to MySoluno with your switchboard credentials.

- Click on "Call distribution groups" and on the group you want to configure by clicking on the pen .
- Click on "Settings for queued calls" and set how many that can be queued at the same time, for how long they shall remain in the queue and if it should forward if the call hasn't been answered in time or if there are no agents available.
