MORE FUNCTIONALITY, ONE INTERFACE
By integrating Teams with Dstny's PBX services, you get more functionality in a single interface – Teams' smart collaboration tools together with our full-featured business telephony.
PBX SERVICES
We offer full integration of our PBX solution with Microsoft Teams. This way, you get all the usual functionality of the PBX directly in Teams' collaboration tool. You can, for example, make and receive calls from both external and internal contacts, transfer calls, and see line status.
USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE
With Dstny's Teams integration installed, you get an additional user interface in your Teams app where you can manage PBX functions. Here, you can choose which caller ID you want to display when making calls. You can also send SMS messages, either to contacts from your Outlook or by entering an external phone number, directly from the Teams interface. Here, you can log in and out of the response groups you belong to, and with the right permissions, you can manage your colleagues' status in the response group. Additionally, you can listen to and manage your voicemails. Line status between the PBX and Teams, with MEX connection, allows your colleagues in Teams to see your line status when you are on a call with your mobile phone. Installing our Teams app is easy in the Teams Admin Center, where you can directly choose which users should have the app in their Teams client. Of course, it also works in the Teams mobile client.
FULL FLEXIBILITY
Our business PBX is completely operator-independent. With us, you freely choose which mobile operator you want to use. Regardless of which one you choose, you can be fully integrated with Microsoft Teams. With our Teams solution, you can also select which users should have the integration. It is also possible to integrate users who do not use the Teams app; they still receive line status and referrals from colleagues using Teams, directly in their regular PBX system.
MICROSOFT LICENSES
For the integration to work, users need a Microsoft service with Teams. This can be Microsoft Business 365 (Basic, Standard, Premium) or an Enterprise (E1, E3, E5). For telephony, a Microsoft Teams Phone Standard license is required for all of the above except E5, where it is included.
