Dstny Reports allows you to analyze and track the company's communication patterns through a simple and powerful interface.
1. Log in and manage Reports here.
The first time you use a new login in Reports, you need to verify your account and create a personal password. Refer to the welcome email for verification. If you need a new one, contact Dstny's support or an existing administrator for Reports. The email is sent from noreply@dstny.se.

2. Create your report
Click on Advanced Reports to create your own report.
3. Specify parameters for your report
Select the parameters you want to see based on the data that is important for your company. Then click on Report targets (9), choose the objects to be included in the report, and select Execute report.
1 – Date range for the report.
2 – Include/exclude weekdays.
(If you only want to measure on working days, deselect Saturday and Sunday to exclude them from the report).
3 – Choose Custom if you only want to see specific dates.
4 – Define which hours of the day you want to measure.
5 – Choose if you want to see calls per hour, per day, or over the entire period (this can be changed later).
6 – Select the category type you want to see statistics for. For example, Users or Attendant groups.
7 – Choose how the report should be grouped
8 - If you have selected response groups as the measurement object for the report, you can specify response times to measure SLA. In the example above, it will measure response time between 0-20 and 20-40 seconds. You can set your own figures and add more with a comma between each time you want to measure. For example, 10, 30, 60.
9 – The report target shows which objects exist in the selected category. For example, if the category 'Users' is selected, all users in the switchboard are displayed. You check the items you want to measure.
10 – Click "Execute report" to generate the report.
4. Process your report
After clicking on Execute report, the report will appear. To view the call specifications for the report, select the Specifications tab and click on Calls.
5. Save your report
To save or send your created report, click on the Export tab.
1 – Click on Save as file if you want the report locally on your computer.
2 – Choose Send as mail if you want to send the report to yourself or a colleague.
3 – Enter the email address that will receive the report
4 – Define which file format you want the file in
5 – Choose whether you want the report grouped per time (interval period in parameter tab), per day, or over the entire period. Multiple groupings can be applied, will be shown in a separate tabs in the file.
6. Save/Create a recurring report.
Click on the Save report tab to create a recurring report. Make your selections and then click Save.

3 – Specify what period the report should contain
4 – This value determines how the report should group the results for selected measurement objects.
5 – This value determines what interval the report should display first
6 – Add multiple intervals to the report. If you choose multiple intervals, the report will contain a tab for each additional interval.
7. Saved reports
You can find saved reports under the Saved reports tab. Here you can sort by name or send-out. You can also edit previously saved reports, execute the report, see other users saved reports.
