The service CRM Connect searches your CRM and sends the information to all your devices connected to the PBX. The connection provides you with important information about the calling customer before you even answer. This helps you to improve the level of service and simplify your daily work.

Activation
To activate CRM Connect for your organization, you need to be an administrator for your PBX.
Activation takes place through our self-service portal MyAdmin.
Once in MyAdmin, click on Organization Setup.
Then Dstny addons. In this menu, you will find various addons that you can add for your organization. To add and configure CRM Connect, click on the plus sign on the far right.
After you have confirmed the activation of the service, click on the three dots to set up your CRM Connect.
Configuration
In the configuration box, you first select which systems CRM Connect should search in. You can choose multiple systems if, for example, you have a CRM system but also want the service to search for numbers in Hitta.se.
After you have selected the systems the service should utilize, you set up the order in which the service should search. In the example below, CRM Connect will always search Zendesk first, then Hitta.se, and finally Eniro to find results for the number.
When you are satisfied, click Next.
NOTE, "Dstny Core" under number search services means that it searches your switchboard for contacts and users.
Depending on which CRM system(s) you have chosen, information from the CRM is needed for the lookups to function. This information is required for searching against your CRM to work.

Once you have filled in the fields, click on Save.
The final step is to activate the service for the users who will be using CRM Connect. You can do this under the Users menu.
Locate the user who will be using CRM Connect. Click on the three dots next to the user on the right, then select Edit User.
Click on Advanced Settings, and under the Active services, check the box for CRM Connect.
The user is now ready to use CRM Connect! 👏
